Prerequisite: Must have had a conversation with Elisabeth and booked at least one session (ideally two) with her prior to the program. This is to clarify and solidify your connection with the work before committing to it and to get a feel for what the coaching and the co-creative process is all about. And it is private and all about you!
Class Length: 90 minutes.
Approximately 50% lecture, 25% meditation/energy tools and 25% one on one coaching practice under supervision.
You will be emailed coaching worksheets and MP3 meditations (tools) you can use for yourself as well as others.
Remember: This is about birthing what wants to be born, and creating the optimal environment for the powerful creative process to unfold into its highest potential.
